I am writing to formally make a “Subject Access Request” for a copy of all information about me to which I am entitled under the Data Protection Act 1998. Where applicable, this should also include all information and correspondence relating to my property (Plot No. and address here) from my plot or home file(s).

Please send me the information, which I am entitled to, under the Section 7(1) of the Data Protection Act 1998.

I enclose a cheque for £10 made out to (House Builder’s name) to cover the costs of fulfilling this request.
